We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the first cohort of the Get Ready for Green Construction programme — a new initiative helping young people discover sustainable careers in the built environment.
Delivered in partnership with The King’s Trust, the programme offers hands-on experience, site visits, practical training, and personalised employability support. From bricklaying and carpentry to exploring roles like sustainability officer or quantity surveyor, participants gained a real-world insight into the green skills needed for tomorrow’s construction industry.

“I've learned so much from this short program! I had no knowledge regarding the green industry within construction, this very much so opened my eyes to see that any job could be a green job!”
